PRIVATE SECTOR: CONTINUE TO TROUBLE
What a disaster! Is prejudice a custom in Indian society? It is existing everywhere and there is guarantee of its long time survival in India with great mindset of people. It becomes inherent part in the education too, but here the concern is all about the government sector and the private sector. Some people are making money from private sector unflaggingly while there is a category of people in India who are keeping themselves aloof from the society and greying their hair in young age to get the government job. Well that is a surreal, but the actual story is hidden behind the curtain of education. Education plays a vital role in fabricating a human personality. A layman works hard to complete his education but unfortunately if he would not get government job, a new chapter in his life will be added, where in majority of the cases he would be treated as a dog! why so? Because, despite of being equally eligible and competent with people surviving in government jobs he would get the one -fourth ( might be one-tenth is also there) of the outcome (like residuals) in case of remunerations, facilities, status etc. But, one thing he would get in abundance is the FRUSTRATION ! Moreover, he will work four times than a government servant. Our reservation systems in jobs adds value in that too! Being highly educated and underpaid or less paid than unqualified people is a common scenario in the private education sector. Favoritism is on the top... nepotism is putting nose out of joint everywhere...and sneakers are running the institutes...what a great scenario. MARVELOUS! IS THAT THE FUTURE OF INDIA?
If these private sectors do not have capacity to pay then why the hell they are charging high amount of fees and setting higher standards for recruitment? Sucking the blood of their employees, threatening them to expel from the job and claiming as the best one!. School or college in private sector, they always to have ones way.
BEING EXPLOITED SHOULD BE A TERMS OF AGREEMENT IN PRIVATE SECTORS.
